The Voice of Reason

Not everything makes sense. Not everything appeals to each of your senses. That's the source of magic in so many things. How often does what you see make you hear a sound? How often does something you touch, remind you of a smell? And then, how often does something you hear, make every one of your other senses erupt?

One voice, a voice which creates images in your mind for your eyes to see. You smell the scent, feel the touch, taste that which you had been longing for, for so, so long. All because one sense receives something so powerful, you don't need any of the others. The magic stems from one source. Only one reason. To be together and let your senses free. Free from the dominance and dependence of that one sense you've become a slave to. The one you yearn for each day. Until, suddenly, it's taken away. What then?

What do you do when the one sense all the others depended upon for their share was taken away? Agony. It's all you see, smell, taste, touch, and hear. Agony of the senses.

'That's the thing about pain. It demands to be felt.'
~ John Green, The Fault in Our Stars

'She was my North, my South, my East and my West,
My working week and my Sunday rest,
My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;
I thought that love would last for ever; was I wrong?'
~ edited excerpts from W. H. Auden.

I'll wait for your return.

And life goes on

It's 2014. Well, it has been for a while. I haven't been here until today. I would've been here yesterday or a couple of days ago, but the source of my words was still in process.

It's the same. Fools speak often and full of confidence, while the wise stay hushed. Tyrants rule without a second thought, while the righteous stay indoors, analysing their thoughts and responsibilities. Bad girls roam free and break hearts, the good girls stay home and repent their solitary mistake, denying themselves and a hopeful romantic true love. Time, that goes on. What have you done, man? Time is your worst creation, and timing is another bitch.

When Love Isn't Enough

They say 'love is all you need' yet there are many who say 'love isn't enough'. What, then, does it take to make a successful relationship stay that way? The answer, strangely enough it seems, lies in the seven deadly sins. Here, it translates to a main course of love, accompanied by a bit of lust, greed, sloth, gluttony, wrath, envy and pride.

You love the girl with all your heart. Yes, that's absolutely essential. You also have to satisfy her in every way, silence the urges by pleasuring her like only you know.

You want more of her, each day. You shouldn't want anyone else to have what you do.

You shouldn't be the one to move always, let her chase you for a change. Make it different, spice things up.

Return the favour by letting her experience all you have, taking all of her in return, all for yourself.

Express your anger when she does something you dislike. Make it clear, and let her explode too. Built up anger needs release. That also applies when someone tries to step in and try to steal her away. Let them know you won't take their actions sitting down. She won't either...

Others will envy your happiness together, give them a reason to each day, while building an even more enviable relationship.

Take pride on your relationship, you both know how difficult it was to begin, but now that you're here, cherish every step, every moment together.
