Wish

A wish is a wonderful thing.

It can be something small, or something incomprehensibly massive. Sometimes, it can be bigger than all of that, yet be something invisible, intangible.

A wish that comes from the heart is different from the wish one wants to wish. It's what you constantly have in the back of your mind. It's not seeing the first star at night, or witnessing a falling star for that matter. It's not the smoke from your birthday-cake candles. It's not catching a floating seed with innumerable white tentacles. It's not about finding a four-leaf clover.

It's about wishing for something so bad, you wish for it every time you think about it. Every ray of light. Every wisp of smoke from the candles from every birthday cake you wait to to blow and make a wish from. It's you looking out for the first star, that meteor shower, that four-leaf clover, that floating seed and all its tentacles, just so you can make that one wish. That one wish for which you've waited all your life.

It's not by chance that a miracle happens. Time will bring the miracle to you, all you have to do is be ready, wait, wish.
